We are a family business with international real estate experience and Hideaway is our very personal project.
Cabarete and Encuentro are magic on their own. The area has become international in the last decade increasing the volume of visitors, hosting world known events, receiving new inmigration of all ages from Europe and North America.
Despite the sparkling activity of this small town, its geography allows it to keep few areas away from all the noise and enjoy the pure nature that this Caribbean island has to offer. Hideaway is one of those spots.
Our project intents to be part of that nature integrating the characteristics of the area to all commodities of modern standards. Surrounded by an incredible landscape our work is based on respect for the environment, sustainable quality and comfort.
While one part of this community concerns the investment by people willing to have a first or second residence sea nearby, designing their dream house or acquiring one of our already set projects. The other includes the rentals: condos, villas, rooms, available for those searching for a taste of the North Coast of Dominican Republic.
Dominican Republic is well known for many aspects: is one of the caribbean islands with more development and infrastructure, is accessible by air and by sea, the population is friendly and open to foreigners that often chose the country as second (or even first) residence. There are medical facilities, education centers (many bilinguals), world known brands, local shops, all kinds of restaurants, malls, and great weather all year long.
The north coast is yet to be discovered. For years the center of attention of this region was Puerto Plata. With plenty of all-inclusive hotels receiving thousands of both local and international tourists, the local authorities started to re impulse the city life by remodeling the victorian city center, inaugurated a new port, among other modernisation works.

However, Puerto Plata is just the scratch, a few kilometers later to the east is Cabarete, Encuentro, Rio San Juan, Samaná. Plenty to discover, full of opportunities.
Hideaway is conceived as a whole project. Together both parts allow us to integrate permanent residents with temporary visitors. Wide open areas, spacious accommodation, independent and common areas. The complex has direct and private access to the beach, is near the main surf and water sport areas and has full availability to all services.
Our experience allows us to give you all the support you may need for both achieving to have your dream house in the Caribbean or a perfect vacation time.
